 Welcome to C & A Photography studio I am a newborn, portrait,

& wedding photographer, based in the Rhondda Cynon Taff.

​

I have been passionate about photography for many years,

I decided to follow my dream in 2014 when I went to college taking 

my A levels in photography, Acheiving grade A.

 

I decided to go to university, studying in the Atrium, Cardiff.

After another few years walking away with a BA Honours Degree.

I felt so proud achieving this while being a single mam to three

children and working.

I am now a mam of four with a supportive partner who encourages

and supports my business.

In fact it was Alex who pushed me to open my very own studio!

Being a mam I understand the importance of capturing precious moments.

Time runs away with you when becoming a parent, so it's a privilege

to capture frozen moments for families.

Moments never to be missed.

I first opened a studio in 2021,

this was one room rented above a shop.

I have come so far since then & opened my very own shop in 2023,

which is where we are today, growing each month thanks to 

my amazing clients new & old because without you

I wouldn't be where I am today!

"We booked a newborn photoshoot for 7th July, when my baby girl was just 9 days old. From the minute we got to the studio, Clare was warm and friendly and I felt like I'd known her for years. There was a very wide variety of beautiful props and Clare was very professional in explaining everything she was doing and how she handled the baby etc. She was so patient with my lively 3 year old and even provided some snacks which kept her quiet for a while! I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the photoshoot! We've now had the previews of the photos back and I can't fully express in words how impressed I am. They are absolutely stunning! Clare is so talented, with an excellent eye for detail. It definitely won't be our last session with Clare and I highly recommend anyone who is considering a newborn photoshoot to look nowhere else than C&A Photography Studios. Where do I even start.. Clare and Alex, picking a wedding photographer isn't an easy thing to do, so many portfolios to go through and reviews, emails back and forth regarding packages and prices but with you it was easy. I had done my research and knew what I wanted, you flowed with my energy and I knew I made the right choice. On behalf of my husband and I, we want to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts for capturing our natural wedding day pictures. You were so easy to talk to, get on with and have a laugh with. You made our day so much easier and smoother. A huge thank you to Alex too for carrying my bouquet and dress when I needed help. Claire, you were outstanding with your images and I know even without seeing them yet, I know I will love every single one of them. I can't wait to have the sneak peak back soon. I'm so exited!!
